A unique estate nestled in the heart of a tropical paradise.

The Station Estate is an unrivalled property surrounded by the untouched equatorial rainforests on one of the world’s last natural refuges - the Seychelles Islands. The estate benefits from both exquisite mountain vistas and magnificent sea views, and is equidistant from the city centre, Victoria, and the country’s most beloved beach, Beau Vallon.

More than just an estate.

The Station comprises four adjacent parcels with a total area of approximately 7400 square meters, with 1300 square meters of developed buildings. There are three main structures on the property - the central compound, a detached 2-bedroom villa, and a spacious pavilion. Currently, the Estate houses multiple kitchens, lounges and dining areas, as well as 9 en-suite bedrooms, a swimming pool and outdoor bar, a private spa, 2 open-air courtyards, 2 parking areas, multiple expansive balcony spaces and sprawling gardens.

The Main Building

The main building on the Station Estate acts as the central hub of the entire property - it sits between the Indian Ocean and the tallest peak in Seychelles, and has unadulterated views of both. An expansive space that stretches across two floors, the main building contains more than enough space to accommodate any party, as well as the facilities to ensure that they are fully comfortable.

The Villa

A semi-detached villa sits beside the central building, and overlooks the estate valley gardens while also benefiting from splendid views of the inner islands and the southern coast of Mahé. Made up of two en-suite bedrooms and a third room in a self-contained and autonomous apartment, the villa boasts a level of comfort and privacy that any guest would desire.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion

The pavilion acts as the social nucleus of the estate, comprising a large, high-ceiling recreational room, a swimming pool and an outdoor bar area. With its very own entrance and car park, the pavilion doubles up as an enormous and striking entrance to the estate, exhibiting all of the most impressive characteristics of the property from a single vantage point.

The Gardens

The Gardens

Landscaped and conditioned over 20 years, the estate gardens hold sway over the majority of the property’s ground area, with copious amounts of indigenous flora decorating the internal valley and flat plains of the estate. Numerous fruits and vegetables have been cultivated here over the years, as well as several of Seychelles’ most famous flowers and ferns. The Station’s mountainside gardens are unlike any other.
